I am a Registered Mental Health Clinician with more than 20 years experience of working in the NHS across the spectrum of emotional wellbeing in Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health services working across a range of areas in relation to Trauma within in Adult Mental health: Addictions, Eating Disorders, Mother & Baby, Depression and Anxiety, Psychiatric, offending behaviour and Child and Adolescent mental heath inclusive of family work.

My therapeutic approach in private practice as an Art Psychotherapist is underpinned by systemic, psychodynamic (working with the unconscious) Jungian analytical and trauma informed approaches (such as mindfulness) to the work.

You may have varied reasons for seeking therapy. Life itself can present as unknown and difficult terrain at times. Through empathic holding by enabling a space for feelings, thoughts and experiences to arise, my approach is to work with you, as to help you make sense and navigate such landscape.
