Art Psychotherapist, Organisational Consultant and Jungian Analyst (in training)

A Registered Mental Health Clinician with more than 20 years experience of working in the NHS across the spectrum of emotional wellbeing in Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health services working across a range of areas such as: Adult Mental health: Addictions, Eating Disorders, Mother & Baby, Depression and Anxiety, Psychiatric, offending behaviour, Sexual abuse- Trauma and Child and Adolescent inclusive of family work.

My therapeutic approach is underpinned by theoretical and clinical understandings and practice of systemic, psychodynamic, Jungian analytical and trauma informed approaches (such as mindfulness) to the work.

There may be varied reasons for seeking therapy. Life itself can present as unknown terrain at times. Through empathic holding enabling space for  feelings and thoughts, in working together can help navigate such landscape.
